Mariel is in town this weekend to hang out with Hannah and me, and we sat down this morning to knock out her invitations. Assembly line method is SO much faster than sitting in one’s own bedroom, stealing 15 minutes at a time to do a bit here and a bit there. Why, wedding planning can actually be fun when you’re sitting around doing it with your girlfriends! Who knew?! Anyway, don’t we look productive? (And to the couple-who-shall-remain-nameless getting married a week after my roomie…now that I’m not in town to bug you anymore, take this as a gentle nudge towards getting your invites together, too!)

You did all your invites by yourself for your wedding?! That’s horrible!! I’m so glad Mariel had you! And I’m super impressed Tommy let you spend an entire afternoon making invites! love.
Well, my matron of honor addressed 100 or so, but all my bridesmaids were out of town, so I did the other 200 and stuffed them all myself. Yeah, I’m a big fan of making it a fun group activity! =)
