We had our last CBS meeting yesterday, which meant our last homeschool park day afterwards! Over the past three years, these afternoons are pretty much the highlights of our month. Since we’re not doing a formal birthday party for Elizabeth next week, we brought cupcakes and had everybody sing “Happy Birthday”–with some babies not pictured, it was almost 30 kids and 8 or 9 moms. Elizabeth exclaimed, “This will be the most voices singing “Happy Birthday” that I’ve ever had!”
I love these girls. Yes, Tommy has a great time getting rough with the Zirretta and Saul boys, but I love how many quality role models and like-minded friends my girls have in this crew.
Now we’re just counting down ’til summer. Three weeks of school left!
