Today we headed back to Underwood Farms for real pumpkin picking with the Kims. The weather actually cooperated–it was a cool 74 degrees. Tommy loved running around with four rambunctious boys, and can I just say that watching a teenage boy gently take a four year old through a corn maze is one of the sweetest arguments for homeschooling.
Underwood Farms is our favorite fall tradition. The kids have grown so much since our first visit in 2011! (See also 2012 twice, 2013, 2014)

Glad to see Susie is wearing her school uniform, Lizzie a 28 year old dirndl from Austria to the pumpkin patch and Jane Bug a skirt worn a thousand times already by her sisters. Everything just seems right about all of those choices:)
