It’s so nice to have a guest room again! There’s our futon, which is currently serving as a guest bed for Grandma and Grandpa, an end table inherited from Uncle Rich and Aunt Becky when we first got married, and a fold-up sewing table that I just purchased this week that will double as a place for guests to put suitcases. I have Janie’s changing table in here since there’s no room in the girls’ room or the hallway, and when she finally potty trains, we’ll use it for toy storage. The tipi is courtesy of Uncle Matthew, who decided he would give the kids books for Christmas and a place in which to sit and read them. When company isn’t here, we’ll fold the futon into a couch against the wall and let the kids bring their toys in here. I’m going to have Grandma help me decide what pictures to hang in here this week, so I’ll take another picture after they leave to show the playroom iteration of this space. And the view from the windows isn’t too shabby, either.
