Tommy was a big helper this year as we decorated the tree! He had so much fun that I let him decorate my little dorm room tree this morning. Most of the ornaments ended up on the same branch, one on top of the other, but he loved it! Of all the places throughout the house, he wanted his little tree to be right next to the big tree…

Aidan really enjoyed decorating our tree this year too! I tried not to be too OCD about all of the ornaments ending up on the same one or two branches! 🙂

I was thinking about this the other day… Is Derek the one who is allergic to everything? Including real trees? Is that you guys? I couldn’t remember.
Derek is allergic to the great outdoors, so he sniffles for a month at Christmas. I insist on a real tree. We’re trying to get a good photo shoot of the kids in front of the tree, so stay tuned for the finished product…
way to insist on that which is true!!! 🙂 poor guy, tho. what a bummer of a thing to be allergic to. blah.
