This girl may look innocent, but during her nap today, she took off her dirty diaper and rolled around and generally soiled everything. Thank goodness Derek was working from home this afternoon so he could tackle the crib while I scrubbed and scrubbed and scrubbed her down. I know the other kids have done this, too, but sheesh! You’d think we’d have learned our lesson about securing diapers by now!

I know you’re using cloth diapers, but we used to have to duct tape Laine’s diapers on for that same reason. What a mess! Hope she doesn’t do it again.
Kat, I remember you telling me about the duct tape when Tommy had his first diaper removal experience! The real problem today was that it was an old velcro diaper that is easy to remove–it should have been taken out of the diaper rotation (and is now!). Duct tape is a great solution, though…=)
