Well, we made the big switch this weekend–Tommy is officially in a big boy bed! We kept the crib in his room for a couple nights just in case things didn’t work out again and we had to put him back, but he is loving his new robot sheets. He got out of bed a few times the first night, but Derek was very firm with him, and he’s done great for bedtime and naps the last two days!
As a side note, I discovered today that dealing with a wet-through diaper is a LOT more work when you have sheets, blankets, pillowcase, pillow cover, pillow, and mattress pad to wash instead of just a little crib sheet. Thank goodness for plastic mattress protectors, and I will NOT let Tommy have four cups of milk before naptime again!…

Wow, it’s amazing how a big boy bed makes him look so much bigger/older than when I last saw him.
I was kind of sad when Aidan moved to his big boy bed…our boys are getting so big! Tommy looks so precious with his robot sheets. =)
Hahaha! Rachelle was here yesterday and used my computer. I just realized she was still logged in! I don’t think she was sad when Aidan graduated to his big boy bed. =)
