We’re learning about the unification of Upper and Lower Egypt by Pharaoh Menes, and today the kids colored reliefs based on stories of his life. And of course they insisted on taking pictures to put on the blog. It’s quite a meta life they live–should I be concerned?

Yesterday was a little rougher than Monday. I didn’t get up as early, and the kids were a bit crabby. Susie in particular is just testing limits nonstop, all day long. But we still survived!
