This weekend, the kids gave Susie a bath basically by themselves (with me right there in case something happened)!
After dinner, Derek took Tommy on a long walk, and the girls and I played outside. I’d heard that hour is great for outside pictures, so I pulled out my camera and took 150+ pictures on the Av setting. Here’s what turned out:

Susie’s Five Month Weight Check

Because of our concern over Susie’s growth, I took her in for a weight check today. She was 12 lbs 11 ounces, so she’s gained 6 ounces in the two weeks since her check-up. That is within the normal range of growth for breastfed babies, so that is good news. She’s sleeping through the night […]
It’s been a rough week of nursing for Susie and me, but she still smiles sometimes (when she’s not rolling over tummy to back and back to tummy at every opportunity).
