Because really, you just can’t get enough pumpkin. Recipe here. It might be the best thing I’ve made all fall, if you like pumpkin and cornbread. This time, I finally got around to baking up our pumpkins and made the puree myself (with a little help from Lizzie)!
Today we went apple picking with some friends from church. It took us an hour and a half to get there, but we had a lot of fun! At almost 70 degrees, it was delightful November weather, too! Now I can’t wait to make applesauce and pies tomorrow…
