Elizabeth’s soccer team came over last night for a team meeting with Coach Derek. Our newest soccer player was literally bouncing up and down with excitement as each little girl came in. They picked the name “Sunshine Lollypops” for their team, and the first game is Saturday. This afternoon, Tommy is giving our favorite Sunshine […]

We read about King Sargon today, and the big kids are coloring pictures and maps. Susie is entertaining herself with Lumi-doh (Thank you, Aunt Terri!) And this is how Janie homeschools…don’t worry, I pulled her off right after taking the picture!

We’re doing school today, sortof. Janie woke up at 5 am, went down for a nap at 8 am, and was back up at 9 am. So we rushed to get some school in between 8 and 9, but we’re taking a break until her next nap. In the meantime, here are a couple school […]

The kids had so much fun yesterday collecting the ingredients for dinner out of Grandma’s garden!
One more state til MO!
We went out for ice cream the other night and then let the kids play at the little playplace in the mall. Despite her sisters’ attempts to take her places, Janie wanted to waddle everywhere on her own!

We did our traditional trip to the Reagan Library festivities, and this year Susie won Bingo and got a Ronnie to match Lizzie’s from last year! And the kids helped me make a flag pie, with blueberries and cherries (since the cherries were on sale for 98 cents a pound at Sprouts this week!). It […]
