
Today’s farm share was all green! I’m excited because I love summer veggies, and these will all be easy to incorporate into my menu planning. Tonight we’re going to have a salad with the lettuce and one of the cucumbers to go along with a meat pie I pulled out of the freezer. Tomorrow we’ll do grilled chicken and fresh steamed green beans–yum! I have a friend coming over for lunch on Friday, so I’m going to make a Caprese pasta salad with the fresh basil. Then we’ll probably have couscous with chicken and zucchini for dinner. This weekend I’m going to try this Beef and Broccoli recipe that Mariel just posted. Looks tasty to me, especially with fresh broccoli! And I have tons of kale recipes for the beginning of next week. All normal foods, and all easy and tasty. I’m loving the farm share this week!
