So many veggies, so little time to eat them before we go on vacation!
This week we got cauliflower, more corn (!), the biggest cantalope I’ve ever seen (but we’re not going to take it on the plane with us to New Hampshire–Willett inside joke!), peppers, and arugula.

Tommy loved the gazpacho we made for dinner, too!

mmmm gazpacho… I made that for the first time a couple weeks ago and it was really tasty 🙂 Martha Stewart recipe… of course.
