Hmmm, this picture didn’t turn out as well this week, but here’s what we got:

Celery
swiss chard

Cherry tomatoes
I was sad to have to throw out several things this week…when we went to St Louis, Derek turned off the AC to save money, but I didn’t think to put our counter stuff in the fridge. And we got so behind on using things up, what with being gone a week and all, that a few things in the fridge got soft. Oh well–no more travels planned for another month, so hopefully we’ll be able to use all of this week’s produce!

Click the picture and check it out! It’s a great idea. Not too much available in our area yet, but someone is looking to trade his eggplants, so I might see if he’d like to take our peppers (we had six sitting in our fridge BEFORE this box came)! Or I could just buy eggplant. Yum!
