Finally! One of our rooms is completely decorated! Most of this will look familiar from her nursery, but a few teapot accents are moving her more towards the tea party room that she’ll have when she moves up to a big girl bed.
(There’s really no way to make a cloth diapering center look cute, I’ve decided…every time I organize everything neatly, she just tears it down. So this is what it really looks like!=) )
(I can’t decide which I love more: the lamp…
…the toy basket…
…or the coat rack (made by her great-great uncle Raymond)!)

I adore her room!!! I especially love the rich, dark purple on the curtains and red on the crib. Did you paint the letters for her name or buy them somewhere already done that way? If so, where?
What a lovely room for a lovely little lady!
I bought the wooden letters at Walmart in the craft section and painted them. It actually took me several Walmarts in three states before I found the E’s…so I freaked out when I found a well-stocked store in St Charles, MO and bought the letters for our next two kids’ names, too.=) (Derek is triumphant–that means I can’t change my mind on his next girl name.) They might have phased out this style since then, but at a dollar or so apiece, getting bare letters like these at a craft store is way cheaper than the Pottery Barn Kids route…
my favorite is the lamp!
