The last thing I wanted to do while super sick last week was a messy art project, so we waited ’til people started feeling better and learned about mosaics this week. I started by showing the kids pictures of the mosaics Derek and I saw in Ostia during our Italy trip in 2010. Tommy was inspired by this ship mosaic.
He sketched out a picture of Noah’s ark and set to work.
Then we ran out of gluestick glue and had to go to the store.
Finished product!
