It’s our spring break this week, so we are all enjoying a much-needed vacation at home. The kids have been coloring, playing outside, listening to audiobooks, playing with friends, roller blading, and catching up on projects from all the monthly subscriptions we get from Inspire. We’ve gotten way behind on trying all the new recipes Susie gets in her raddish kids boxes, so she and I sat down and set up an ambitious menu to knock out a whole bunch of new dishes this week. We spent a large part of the day in the kitchen, and I ran the dishwasher twice, but the results were worth it!
