We’ve been super lonely here in Iowa City this covid winter, so it’s nice when we get a chance to play with old and new friends!
We met the Fellers at a Mid-Prairie Homeschool Program ice skating date, and our girls immediately recognized kindred spirits. You know, the types who have dress-up pioneer dresses and read Little Women for fun…
The big kids have been able to at least see the Lashmits and Havemans while they carpool to and from Kalona for their homeschool classes, but Michelle and I finally got our act together to have Zion come over here for the afternoon before I go pick up Elizabeth from riding back with Michelle today.
So while the little girls may complain that they don’t get to see friends very often, we had two play date days in a row this week!
