Easter in Chicago

A fairly busy weekend around here, with Piko visiting and my first chance to host Easter dinner myself! Of course we had to go to the Cheesecake Factory, where Derek ate this entire gross burger and Piko and I split a chocolate tuxedo cheesecake that was probably a 7 out of 10–we’ll try a different […]

This morning Tommy decided that he wanted to eat his “bun” at the table like a big boy!

Bedtime Story

One of the many wonderful things about having Derek back home is that he does a great job reading bedtime stories like Bedtime for Frances.  I just can’t get over how well Tommy goes to bed after some quality Daddy-Tommy time!

Fun Times in Royal Oak

Tommy had a fun time with Grandma and Grandpa Muller a couple weeks back, even though I was spending the week mourning the loss of our computer…here are some pictures at last! “Ba-Pa Tar Driving!”   “Payin’ [in the] bat-yard” Parking the “mon-mower”

Affectionate Friends

Since I don’t have the ability to share any pictures of my own right now, here’s Tommy with his little friend Reagan.  They love each other so much that they knock each other down with their hugs!  Tommy played with Reagan a couple weeks back while Derek and I toured the hospital where I’ll be […]
