I didn’t know Tommy was capable of falling asleep in the middle of a book anymore, but apparently I was wrong.
I have so many little matters to tell you of, that I cannot wait any longer before I begin to put them down.

Tommy is getting so helpful–on the way out the door yesterday, I told him to keep Susanna happy while I went and changed Elizabeth’s diaper, and I came down to find him rocking her in the car seat, happy as a clam.

Sometimes I complain too much about the kids’ shenanigans without praising them when they’re being good. Yesterday we spent a fun morning at the park and returned just in time for lunch. While I was feeding Susanna and getting everything together, Tommy asked if we could get down his Curious George puzzle to do with […]

Tommy’s newest art project–writing books about cars. Yep. Derek told him there’s a new Cars movie coming out this weekend, and Tommy hasn’t stopped talking about it since.
The big kids’ concept of playing with Susanna cracks me up. Tommy loves to build her towers, and Elizabeth will sing to her, “play the oboe” for her, or generally just jabber next to her…
